Conflict is costly. Not just directly but also indirectly when it leaves a residue demotivating workers and eroding culture.  This training equips participants with tools to identify early signs of conflict, intervene effectively, and de-escalate tense situations.

Training Outline:

  • Understanding the various conflict styles and the important aspect with each
  • Identifying the early signs of escalation in response system and how to respond
  • How to position opponents while maintain objectivity and neutrality (intervention)
  • Psychological and physiological responses to conflict
  • The role of a leader and other departments (safety/HR) in response to conflict
  • Effective de-escalation techniques
