- Identifying the early signs of escalation in response system and how to respond
- How to position opponents while maintain objectivity and neutrality (intervention)
- Psychological and physiological responses to conflict
- The role of a leader and other departments (safety/HR) in response to conflict
- Effective de-escalation techniques
